Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadSpark services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

No Separate Contract Required

Use of LeadSpark’s services constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms & Conditions. No separate written contract is necessary to establish this agreement.

Messaging Consent

As a user, you must explicitly consent to receive messages from LeadSpark. Consent can be given through various channels including, but not limited to, our website sign-up forms, paper forms, or verbally through customer service interactions.

Tracking Numbers and Usage-Based Billing

LeadSpark offers toll-free or local tracking numbers as part of the service. Users must provide the required information to verify the tracking number, in accordance with applicable regulations. Usage of tracking numbers may incur additional charges, which will be deducted from the payment method on file, connected to the user's wallet. Fees are calculated based on the volume of messages or calls routed through the tracking number, and charges will be reflected on the next billing cycle.

Message Types and Frequency

Messages sent by LeadSpark may include alerts, reminders, promotional offers, updates, and other relevant communications. The frequency of these messages will depend on your interaction with our services and your preferences.

Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive as part of our service. This could affect your bill and depends on the terms set by your mobile carrier.

Billing & Payment

By using LeadSpark’s services, users agree to recurring monthly billing through their chosen payment method. Charges related to tracking number usage are deducted automatically based on activity. In the event of a failed payment, users will be notified and must update their payment details to avoid service interruptions. LeadSpark is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users may cancel their subscription by contacting [email protected] at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. If a user is dissatisfied with the service, a refund for the current month’s charges may be requested. Refunds will be processed via Stripe and may take up to 30 days to reflect in the user's account. No refunds will be issued for previous months' services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, users agree to first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the owner of LeadSpark. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution without resorting to legal intervention. If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund of the current month's charges will be issued and the account in question terminated. Refunds will be processed via Stripe and may take up to 30 days to reflect in the user's account. No refunds will be issued for previous months' services.

Opt-Out Instructions

To discontinue receiving messages from LeadSpark, you can reply "STOP" to any of our messages at any time. This will unsubscribe you from our SMS communications.

Message Delivery

LeadSpark does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delays or failures. Such issues can occur due to factors outside our control, such as network problems or device compatibility.

User Obligations

When using our messaging service, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this service to send messages that are offensive, illegal, or intended to harass or harm others.

Compliance with Laws

You acknowledge that the messaging service must be used in compliance with all relevant laws, including those relating to privacy, telecommunications, and commercial communications.
